This charming house for two to six people with a private pool surrounded by a garden boasts one bathroom adjacent to a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink and mirror. ATTENTION: not suitable for families with young children who cannot swim! The second bathroom is adjacent to a large bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks and two mirrors. The third bedroom is next to a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a mirror. Additionally, there are three toilets, a living room with a 46" flat screen LED television, a dining room, a kitchen with an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and internet access.

Outside you will find shaded pergolas, patios with outdoor furniture and a teak wood table for eight, a round table for five, lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue area, table tennis.... The property is fenced in, making it suitable for children and dogs.

The property is located only 1.8 km from the town centre and the supermarket.

Sainte-Maxime, located in the bay of Saint Tropez is an ideal holiday destination with a unique climate, offering plenty of sunshine and temperatures in between 12 to 19 degrees Celsius. The city offers sporting and cultural activities for all age groups. We don't rent the villa to holidaymakers with small children who cannot swim, because the pool is too close to the house and we are not reassured despite the alarm according to standard.

A large, modern, cultural complex with movie theatres and a library has just recently opened. The villa is 0.9 km from Nartelle beach, 1.5 km from the golf course, 1.8 km from the town centre, shops and markets, 2 km from Aqualand, 17 km from Saint Tropez, 25 km from Fréjus and Saint Raphael, 80 km from Nice and Toulon.
