- Kitchen : fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and fridge /freezer, door to summer kitchen to the west facing terrace with BBQ fireplace outdoor with its table and chairs ,
- Living room / Dining room : Double height living room, doors to covered terrace, loung area with comfortable seating for 6, TV , DVD player and WIFI access, open fireplace and the dining area with its beautiful wooden table and 6 chairs .
- Bedroom 1 : 3 single beds 80 x 190 , with fan
- Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed 140 × 190, with a private terrace to the east , overlooking the shaded gardens the swings under the pines
- Bathroom , renovated, with bath, washbasin and washing machine and the separate WC.

1rst floor :
- En-suite shower room : toilet, washbasin and shower
- Bedroom 3 : mezzanine-style doubledouble bed 140 × 190 , with pivacy curtain and fan, window overlooking the mountain Cotignac, the Bessillon , and the pool

Extensive fenced gardens extending to 4600m2 , with open spaces, mature trees and shrubs :
- Children’s play area : Swing for children’s enjoyment with his slide,
- Stone table and benches for refreshments or larger playing cards, and the brick BBQ,

Secured by a fence and security gate, in compliance with the French law.
The swimming pool of appro. 12m x 6m with gently sloping ‘plage’ with depth of 0.60 m(ideal paddling area for children ) and main swimming area with depth of 1.80 m.
Sunbathing terrace and shady area provided by bamboo screening.
Its large paved beaches offer a swing , its deck chairs, table and chairs and umbrella for your afternoon relaxation.

End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
The house linen is optional (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), Pool towel
