Holiday home in Colomiers

The holiday house renovated in 2014 is in a quiet residential district in the town of Colomiers, only about ten minutes from Toulouse.

The enclosed site has a beautifully laid-out, Mediterranean garden, as well as a private pool (11 x 5m, depth 1.5m). You can make yourselves comfortable in front of it on the two deckchairs with a parasol. Garden furniture is available. Cars can be parked on the private parking space in front of the house.

The holiday house of around 40m² is suitable for a maximum of three people (ideally two adults and one child). It is very tastefully furnished and consists of an open room that contains a bedroom with a bathroom, a living room and dining space. The living room has a sofa bed (120 x 190cm) that the third person/child can sleep on, as well as satellite TV. It has an adjoining open kitchen, with a small, fold-out dining table. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Two small steps to the left of the kitchen lead into the bedroom without a door, with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an adjoining bathroom with a corner shower, washbasin and WC. All the rooms have electric radiators. Wireless Internet access is available.

It is a five-minute walk from the house to a little square with various everyday shops and amenities (supermarket, pizzeria, launderette, flower shop, hairdresser etc.) and to a big children’s playground. The house is an ideal starting point for visiting the lovely town of Toulouse, the Ville Rose. It is a ten-minute drive on the motorway to get there, or you can take the train from Colomiers train station about 20 metres away. Buses within the town of Colomiers are free of charge and the nearest bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. Many cycle paths lead past the house.

The owners can provide two bicycles for use free of charge for the duration of your stay. They are also happy to provide advice and valuable information.
