The approx. 88 m² roof terrace above the apartment, which belongs to "Meerselig", offers a partially restricted view of the Baltic Sea as far as Lake Sellin and a wonderful garden in front of FIRST. A large east-facing balcony allows you to enjoy breakfast! Another south-facing balcony offers a fantastic view of the island of Rügen, Lake Sellin and the village. The indoor swimming pool and saunas can be reached via a staircase.

In the living/dining area and in the two bedrooms you can expect high-quality, individual furnishings with furniture classics from Cassina, Knoll as well as B&B italia, Poliform, Schramm and others.

Enjoy the sky pool with a view of the Baltic Sea on the roof and the two saunas with a view of the chalk cliffs! In the beautifully landscaped garden there is an outdoor pool with sun deck, which invites you to swim and sunbathe.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating under an oak floor.

Note on construction activity nearby:
The "Kurhaus" on the opposite side of Wilhelmstrasse to FIRST has been demolished in recent months. New construction work is currently underway, which - depending on the nature of the current work - could have a greater or lesser impact on the neighborhood. According to information from the municipality, construction work is permitted on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.
We have therefore already taken a corresponding "construction site discount" into account in this year's pricing. This applies to all four of our penthouse apartments, even if they are likely to be affected differently due to their respective locations.
Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of the progress or progress of the construction work and of course we cannot influence it.
