Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher. Separate gas grill outside. The outdoor sauna is a Finnish dry sauna with a wonderful panoramic view. Not included: infusion oils / fragrances. Internet access cannot be guaranteed due to the geographic location.

In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended.
