Experience pure relaxation in this intimate 2-person vacation villa with private sauna, located on an attractive vacation park in the east of the province of Overijssel. The park is located in the middle of a Natura 2000 area, where dry and wet heathland, grassland and woodland alternate. The beautiful surroundings, including a bird sanctuary, make this park a crazy vacation spot where you can completely unwind. This is the ideal destination for young and old. The cottage is located on a small-scale vacation park.

The accommodation
Thanks to the efficient layout, the sliding doors and the high windows, the house makes a spacious, comfortable and light impression. You step into a cosy living room with a nice sitting area and a TV. The dining table for six with a nice kitchen is also found here. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven/microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. In the vacation home is 1 bedroom with a double box spring and bathroom en suite equipped with a rain shower and toilet. Outside there is a spacious garden and a generous terrace with garden furniture where you can cosy up with a delicious drink. Also here is the sauna where you can enjoy and relax.

Upon arrival, bed linen, towels and a kitchen package are already waiting for you in the vacation home. Complete your stay with a delicious breakfast at the park. This can be booked with your reservation. There is also a parking lot where you can park your car.

We would like to inform you that the park is still under development. There may therefore be construction work taking place. Of course, the nuisance will be limited as much as possible in order not to reduce your vacation feeling. Do you experience any nuisance? Please report it to reception so that together with the park you can find an appropriate solution.

Surroundings
The vacation park is located a stone's throw away from the German border and within cycling distance of beautiful, lively towns such as Nordhorn (Germany), Ootmarsum (Netherlands) and Denekamp (Netherlands). A popular outing in the area is Slagharen Amusement Park (37km). In addition, several hiking trails run through the area and it is great hiking and cycling in the unspoiled nature of Overijssel. The area consists mainly of woods, meadows, ponds and moors, making it a paradise for nature lovers, hikers, bird watchers and photographers.
