Cozy 4-person vacation villa with sauna

Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this cosy 4-person holiday villa, located on a small-scale holiday park in the east of the province of Overijssel. The park is in the middle of a Natura 2000 area, with lots of variety of dry and wet heathland, grassland and narrow strips of forest. The enchanting surroundings, including a bird sanctuary, make this park a fantastic destination for a relaxing holiday. Moreover, the villa offers extra luxury with a private sauna in the garden, allowing you to completely unwind here.

The accommodation
Thanks to the beautiful decoration, the sliding doors and the high windows, the house makes a comfortable and light impression. Partly because of this, you will feel at home in this vacation villa very quickly. You enter a cosy living room with a nice sitting area and a TV. The dining table for four with a nice kitchen is also found here. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, induction hob, oven/microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a rain shower and a sink. Outside there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture where you can sit with a nice drink to relax. Outside is also the sauna where you can enjoy and relax. Upon arrival, bed linen, towels and a kitchen package are already waiting for you in the holiday home.

Complete your stay with a delicious breakfast at the park. This can be booked with your reservation. There is also a parking lot where you can park your car.

Surroundings
The vacation park is a stone's throw from the German border and within cycling distance of beautiful, lively towns such as Nordhorn (Germany), Ootmarsum (Netherlands) and Denekamp (Netherlands). A popular outing in the area is Slagharen Amusement Park (37km). Moreover, several hiking trails run through the area and it is great hiking and cycling in the unspoiled nature of Overijssel. The area consists mainly of woods, meadows, ponds and moors, making it a paradise for nature lovers, hikers, bird watchers and photographers.
