This unique spot offers sweeping views and direct access to the crystal-clear water. The fully equipped houseboat offers everything you need for a fantastic stay and the most beautiful sunsets.

The accommodation
The houseboat comfortably accommodates 6 people:
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200)
1 bedroom with a bunk bed (both 90 x 200)
1 spacious double sofa bed (160 x 200)

Guests have complete privacy in the beautifully landscaped garden next to the houseboat thanks to the fence. On the houseboat you will also find a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a modern bathroom. There are also a variety of amenities available for ultimate water fun, comfortable sunbeds and a garden set with luxurious cushions. The outdoor fireplace not only provides the opportunity for an atmospheric fire, but also functions as a barbecue. After your booking at Vipio, you can contact the landlord to rent a boat or SUPs (Stand-Up Paddleboards) for a fee.

There is a key safe at the houseboat that allows you to check in yourself and decide what time to arrive, after 3 p.m. We share all information regarding your stay 5 days in advance. We share the check-in code with you at 3 p.m. The landlord is available to you at all times and strives to provide you with the best possible service so that you lack nothing.

The area
This is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, such as sailors, kayakers, and divers because of the clear waters and diversity of underwater flora and fauna. In addition to water sports, Vinkeveen also offers beautiful hiking and biking routes around the lakes and through the surrounding countryside. The area is known for its peaceful and natural environment, making it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. In addition, two supermarkets and a variety of dining options are located nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And if you do feel like city life during your stay, you can be in the middle of Amsterdam in 20 minutes by car (or cab) from the parking lot, making this peaceful oasis on the Vinkeveen Lakes the perfect base for both serenity and vibrant city life.

Accessibility
An 800-meter walk from the parking lot brings you to this A-location. Upon arrival, a handy cargo bike will be waiting for you at the entrance to the harbour, allowing you to effortlessly transport all your belongings to this beautiful vacation destination. In addition, there are 2 free bikes at your disposal, so you can easily cycle to and from the parking lot. Upon arrival at the parking lot, you can safely leave these bikes behind. In addition, there are 10 large wagon sets available in the park for free use.

Parking
You can park for free on the road in front of the port from October 1 to March 31. Outside this period, a maximum parking time of 2 hours between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. applies within the parking disc zone. It is possible to park your car in a large parking lot opposite the park for a fee. (The cost to park your car in the parking lot across from the park is €10 per day.)
