Accommodation
As soon as you step into the house, you will experience the warm luxurious feel and a beautiful living room with TV and sitting area. The open kitchen with a cooking island is also located in the living room and is a real eye-catcher. The kitchen and is fully equipped, so that after extensive cooking, you can linger at the round dining table. On the couch you can watch exciting movies together or enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the garden. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, the bathroom and a 2nd toilet. The master bedroom has a luxurious bed with topper (160x200). The children's bedroom has room for 3/4 children and has a box bed (140x200) and a sofa bed of the brand WOOOD (90x200) with pull-out bed drawer (80x200). The luxurious bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. From the living room you can walk and look straight into the large garden. The lounge sofa outside is a perfect place for a nap with nature sounds in the background or the start of a very cosy evening with a drink and a drink board. The recipe for a nice long summer evening is the large garden table, a barbecue and a trampoline for the children.

This cosy home is completely sustainable. Electricity is generated by solar panels and the house and water are heated by a heat pump. Thanks to the underfloor heating, slippers can stay at home, you won't need them here. The house has room for 2 cars. There is also a charging station where electric cars can be charged.

From the exit of the park you walk in just 700 meters to the beach bars and the more than 17 km long sandy beach that is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. The center of Ouddorp is only 2.5 kilometers away, so it is easy to reach on foot or by bike.
