Holiday home in picturesque French village

This lovely holiday home is located in a picturesque French village within walking distance of the bakery, bar/restaurant and a small supermarket. The cosy holiday home is suitable for 2-4 people. A lovely hideaway where you feel like a local. The cottage can be found in the Lot department, in the south-west of France.

The accommodation belongs to Dutch owners who have several holiday homes in France. They completely renovated this beautiful house in 2022 and it consists of two bedrooms. A very spacious downstairs bedroom with its own sink. Here you come through a staircase into the living room and a door in the living room gives access to the second smaller bedroom suitable for 2 children or 1 adult also with its own sink.

Through the front door, you come right into the cosy kitchen with dining table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful stone countertop. From the kitchen you walk through to the cosy living room overlooking a picturesque street. A lovely leather sofa with a footstool to make a lounge sofa and cosy accessories. You feel right at home. Also attached to the living room is the bathroom with a toilet and very spacious walk-in shower.

This nice house also has a nice and cosy outside. First, a small porch in front of the house where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning. Through a staircase you walk to the side of the house.

Here you have from June a wonderful place to relax, namely the hot tub. Here is now a cosy sitting and in June 2024, the new hot tub placed. A little further is the beautiful oak covered veranda of 10 m2 where you can eat in the shade and at the end of the garden is a lovely sunny wooden terrace with 2 sunbeds.

A lovely place for two or your family to spend holidays and the nice thing is your four-legged friend is also welcome.

The area
In the vicinity you will find beautiful vineyards, beautiful hiking and biking trails along the river Lot. This is less than 10 minutes from your holiday home. Great villages in the area, nice brocantes and summer evening markets that are organised. A wonderful place for all-year holidays or also in the early and late season as a workation.
