Luxury villa with pool near the beach

This fantastic 16-person vacation villa with private pool can be found in the Dutch province of South Holland. Here you will experience luxury in the wellness villa with its own pool house, lounge sets and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The vacation villa is just 500 meters from the beach and has its own entrance gate with a driveway and space for three or four cars. This group accommodation feels like a warm family home thanks to its cosy atmosphere. It is the ideal vacation destination in the Netherlands.

The accommodation
The vacation home has 7 bedrooms, 4 showers and 4 separate toilets. Step inside the spacious, bright home with a cosy living room with XXL sofas, electric fireplace with a flat-screen TV above and a long dining table with 16 comfortable chairs. The open kitchen is more than fully equipped including an induction hob, Quooker, oven and separate steam oven, spacious refrigerator and a dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen has a food processor and a coffee corner with Nespresso machine, including aerocino and a separate coffee maker for when you prefer to make a jug of coffee. In the pantry you will find a large extra refrigerator and freezer along with a large pantry for your own stuff. From the hallway on the first floor you have further access to a separate toilet, a bathroom with a double sink, a shower with washer and dryer and a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the playing field.
In the attic is a 4-person family room. In the back part is a double bed overlooking the pool, with two single beds in the room in front. In the basement there are 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.

If you walk down the outside stairs from the terrace, you will reach the sauna. At the end of the hallway is the cosy game room with XXL sofa and flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player, a closet full of games and DVDs and a foosball table. Both TVs support Netflix, so you can use your own account to watch movies and series of your choice.

The outdoor terrace of the beach house has a spacious spacious lounge set with parasol and a dining table with 8 adjustable chairs and 8 sun beds. The illuminated pool is 10 x 4 meters and heated by a deck with solar panels. The pool may be used from Easter until the autumn vacations.

The pool house is equipped with a comfortable dining area, an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, a Weber gas BBQ, a kettle, a Nespresso machine with milk frother. On the side of the pool house, a shower and separate toilet have been realized for your convenience. Like the pool house, the adjacent covered lounge set is equipped with mood lighting and patio heaters. Of course, there is wifi available.

From the vacation home you reach in no time the picturesque footpath that leads to the beautiful dunes and the vast beach. Here you can completely relax, fly kites with the children, take a nice walk along the coast or enjoy a tasty meal or refreshing drink at one of the many charming beach bars. Moreover, the bustling center of Ouddorp is just a stone's throw from the accommodation. In this beautiful historic heart, you can immerse yourself in all the beauty Ouddorp has to offer, whether shopping in cosy boutiques, dining in an exquisite restaurant or doing your daily shopping. A stay here promises a perfect blend of natural serenity and lively city experience. The kids can have fun all day outside by swimming, playing soccer or field hockey on the artificial turf soccer court, jumping on the XL trampoline, or playing on the tumbling rack or with the tennis pole.
