Nice glamping tent in Italy for 5 people

This fine campsite is centrally located in Tuscany and just 2 kilometres from the cultural city of Siena. It is a lovely city campsite on a wooded hill and suitable for all ages. From the campsite you have breathtaking views of the famous towers of Siena, where at night you can enjoy the countless lights of this dream city. This city is the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments with your family. The campground not only serves as an ideal base for fun outings, but also pampers you with various facilities such as a large swimming pool.

The tent
The glamping tent is fully equipped for up to 5 people and has an interior space of 25 m². The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, stove, kettle and coffee maker. Inside the tent you will find two nice sleeping quarters. One room has a large four-poster bed for two people and the other bedroom has a bunk bed and a full-size folding bed. The beds are two metres long and suitable for adults and children. You can darken the bedrooms with curtains. Your clothes can be stored in a large closet that stands in the living room. Showering can be done in the well-tended sanitary buildings (around the corner) which have changing rooms, showers, sinks, children's toilets and a special baby area.

The campsite
The campsite is equipped with all modern conveniences. At the campsite there is a neatly maintained large swimming pool where you can take a refreshing dip. In the pool there is a deep and shallow section. At the pool there are plenty of sun beds and a bar where you can go for a refreshing drink. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory and the pool is open from June 1 to September 1.
At the campsite you can also enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant with a traditional stone oven. You can take a seat on the terrace and enjoy a delicious lunch or Italian pizza. A drink after dinner? You can do so in the cosy bar next to the restaurant. There is also a small store where you can buy the most important groceries and fresh bread rolls.

The surroundings
The campground is located near the centre of the great city of Siena. A visit to this city can obviously not be missed during your holiday. Just 100 metres from the campsite you will find the bus stop, which will take you to the city centre. Siena is known for its beautiful cathedral, museums, history and art and you can get lost in the narrow streets of this medieval city. Twice a year (in July and August) the entire city centre is closed off for the Palio, a horse race in the Piazza del Campo. This event is definitely worth a visit. Wine lovers can take a nice day trip through the Chianti region between Florence and Siena. Then, if you want to soak up even more culture, a visit to San Gimignano is definitely recommended. This medieval town is walled and known for its impressive silhouette with fourteen towers. You can also take a trip to Lucca, Volterra, Vinci or Pisa.
