Cozy glamping tent in French countryside (5p)

This cosy glamping tent is on a spacious campsite with modern facilities in France. The campsite is situated on a lake in the heart of the French natural park La Forêt d'Orient. The luxurious campsite and its forest and wetland surroundings will give you the perfect combination of comfort and nature during your camping vacation. The campsite offers plenty of recreational facilities, including a multi-purpose sports ground and a gym. The playing field has a jungle theme and children can have fun on the jumping machines.

The tent
The glamping tent is fully equipped for five people and has a spacious interior space of 25 m². The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, stove, kettle and coffee maker. Inside the tent you will find 2 bedrooms, separated by a wall of scaffolding wood. In one of the bedrooms there is a large four-poster bed for two persons and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed and a full-size folding bed. The beds are two meters long and suitable for adults and children. The bedrooms can be darkened with curtains. Your clothes can be stored in the large closet in the living room. There is also a hammock with stand. For the sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) you use the central and well maintained sanitary of the campsite. The sanitary facilities at the campsite have recently been completely renovated and are suitable for disabled guests, children and families.

The campsite
The campsite offers many facilities such as: a restaurant, store, indoor and outdoor pool, water slides and various sports facilities. Opposite the site is the lake with inflatable play cushions/castles and even more water sports facilities such as: pedal boats and sailing boats. At the campground you can enjoy delicious drinks at the bar and you will find two restaurants within walking distance of the campground, where you have beautiful views of the lake. There is a varied menu, with simple snack options, juicy grill dishes, crisp pizzas and refreshing salads. In July and August, the entertainment team offers an extensive program of activities. Sports activities are organized and shows with live music and dancing are regularly organized in the evening. Twice a day the MiniClub organizes activities for the little ones, such as crafts and outdoor games. The campsite has a water park for big and small! In the heated indoor pool you can enjoy swimming regardless of the season. The outdoor pool has one large pool, and children's pool with play equipment and a (not heated) pool with three slides. One of the slides is 35 meters long and the other two 11.5 meters. Taking a dip in the lake is of course also possible, here you can also sail and fish. You can rent a sailboat or kayak at the lake and there is a sailing school nearby where you can learn to sail.

The surroundings
The campsite has an extraordinary location, in the middle of the regional park of La Forêt d'Orient and on the shores of a large lake. An ideal vacation destination for water and nature lovers. The natural environment, which surrounds you on all sides, is great for wonderful hiking and biking or mountain biking in the forest. Directly on the beach you can rent all kinds of things for your water fun: pedal boats, canoes, catamarans, surfboards and kayaks. Also, don't forget to taste a fine wine in one of the many vineyards in the area. In fact, the Champagne region is a famous wine region in France!
