Private: natural state property 1 ha, garden (not fenced), meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, shopping centre 5 km, sandy beach "Arenzano" 40 km.
