Wooden floors. 2 terraces covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Single-family house renovated in 2010, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Vetralla, 19 km from the centre of Viterbo, 70 km from the centre of Roma, 37 km from the sea, 15 km from the lake. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 2 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Thermal baths "Le Masse di San Sisto" 9 km, bathing lake "Vico" 15 km.
