Luxury holiday home w/ whirlpool & trampoline

This beautiful vacation villa, located on a luxury vacation park in the North Holland village of Schoorl, can accommodate up to 8 people. With a private back entrance, you walk from the holiday home to the wooded nature reserve the ´Schoorl Dunes´. Just five hundred metres from the park is the highest dune in the Netherlands, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the dunes and the North Holland landscape after a steep climb of 54 metres. At a short walk of 10 minutes, you will find the cosy centre of the village of Schoorl with a supermarket, several stores and restaurants. In addition, you are within 15 minutes by car on the beach of Hargen aan zee.

The Villa
This villa, with its spacious garden and romantic fire pit, is ideal for a relaxing stay. The extensive garden (over 750m2), has its own access to the dunes. The garden is conveniently located to enjoy the sun and offers a lounge area as well as separate sitting areas for ultimate relaxation. Here you will also find a WWOO outdoor kitchen with an outdoor table and even a luxurious whirlpool with an outdoor shower! There is plenty of entertainment for the kids with a large trampoline and table tennis table.

Layout:
The villa features a spacious, luxurious kitchen and a cosy living room with a Smart TV. Through the French doors, you enter the terrace with a cosy fire pit with comfortable lounge sofas. The dining kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner stove, combination microwave with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, Quooker and wine cooler. The spacious basement has underfloor heating. Here there are two spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom, complete with a bathtub, rain shower and double sink. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a rain shower and sink.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Next to the villa is a parking space for one car. If you come with a second car, it can be parked at the entrance of the park. Any additional cars can be parked outside the park.

Surroundings:
The nearby village of Bergen offers opportunities for museums, galleries, an artist centre, boutiques and even an art ski slope. There are also several annual events such as the Art 10-day, Holland Music Sessions, Lichtjesavond, the summer Art Market and various fairs. The bustling city of Alkmaar is a short distance from the accommodation and offers picturesque canals, special stores and the Cheese and Beer Museum.
