This completely renovated (2023) romantic Swedish wooden lodge is a paradise for 1 or 2 persons and especially suitable for water sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists and swimmers.

A super nice and cosy accommodation for 2 persons that has been completely renovated in 2023 and decorated with a warm personal touch and style. Outside on the veranda you can sit on a sturdy scaffold wood bench and beach chairs. See yourself already sitting with a bottle of rosé to the water and watch the sun go down in this beautiful region or just enjoy the atmosphere in the own marina. Inside a blissful 3-person lounge sofa with a footstool, self-crocheted plaids, candle plates and a beautiful tree trunk bar table with stools. The fully equipped kitchen has a 2-burner stove, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, coffee corner with Nespresso machine and attractive cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. The cottage features an updated shower unit with shower stalls, toilet, sink cabinet and closet. The original 2 small bedrooms have been turned into one spacious, romantic and delightful bedroom, with comfortable pocket spring/box spring mattresses, pillows and lovely natural cotton bedding.

The cosy cottage is located in Elahuizen, on a small park with its own marina and boat sloop rental/passenger port less than 200 metres from the neighbours. Quietly situated at the end of a dead-end street (hardly any passers-by). You do your shopping in Balk less than 4 km away and beautiful Frisian 11 cities / villages like Sloten, Woudsend and Sneek are nearby.
