Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, public parking on the road. Shop 100 m, restaurant 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 47 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
