Furnishing
This houseboat offers a combined living room and bedroom for 2 + 2 people. In addition to the bunk bed, you can convert the seating area into a double bed in a few easy steps. The kitchen on board has all the necessary kitchen equipment; a refrigerator, sink and a gas stove. The warm air heating together with the Bio-ethanol heating provides pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere even on cold days. The small bathroom with a toilet and a (cold water) outdoor shower are accessible from the back terrace. A lovely place to enjoy (the nature) is the cozy lounge set on the bow terrace. But even on days with bad weather you can explore the idyllic Maas valley, because the helm is inside.

The home port is in Belgian Limburg. The harbor is located about 15 km from Roermond. A real family marina, awarded with the Blue Flag! There are almost 550 berths and because of the speed limitations it is always quiet. The marina has many quality facilities, such as nicely equipped playgrounds, a launderette, wifi, clean sanitary facilities, a free fine sand beach and fun water activities. Good food and drinks are available within walking distance. The town of Kinrooi itself is worth a visit if only for its extensive, signposted cycling and walking routes.

The jetty is located in the part of the harbor where mainly luxury motor yachts and sailing yachts have their permanent mooring. When the sun shines, you'll quickly imagine yourself on the French Riviera!

Attention:
If you want to sail with the houseboat then you need to follow a sailing training of one hour (one time 90 euros). Sailing itself costs 80 euros per day. Both are payable on the spot by card or cash.

The deposit for the houseboat is € 100 if you prefer to keep it in its fixed spot, and € 500 if you decide to sail the houseboat.
The following costs must still be paid on the spot:
Emptying holding tank € 17.95 and drinking water € 3.00.
