About this accommodation

This 85 m² apartment is located in the Swiss village of Guarda. The apartment is located in a traditional Engadine house from the 17th century. The house was extensively and richly restored and renovated in 2017. Century-old elements have been preserved and the infrastructure has been modernised to achieve today's comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is heated via underfloor heating. Pets are also allowed in the house.

- 1 large shower room + 1 toilet

PLEASE NOTE: Stairs are required.

In winter there is no gritting in the village and on New Year's Eve only the bells ring here.
Fireworks are prohibited here all year round. Ideal for dogs

The village
The fairytale village of Guarda is famous for its Engadine houses decorated with sgraffito from the early 17th century. The village is part of the Great Tour of Switzerland, the most beautiful route for a tour of Switzerland. Guarda has been officially recognised as a mountain village since 2021. Mountain villages are small, quiet places dedicated to moderate tourism. Its great potential lies in its originality, high-quality natural and cultural landscape and diverse mountain sports opportunities.
