Overnight stay in a nature house with sauna

Are you looking for a holiday home in "the Achterhoek" region, where you can fully enjoy nature? Then choose this unique holiday home. Here you have a beautiful view of both forest and meadow. The tranquillity is the first thing that strikes guests, the birdsong is the main musical note. A few steps from the cottage begins a beautiful forest. Regularly a roe deer can be seen or an owl can be heard. The accommodation is suitable for up to 3 guests and is within cycling and walking distance of the cosy village of Vorden, with numerous stores and restaurants. The Pieterpad is 200 metres away. The cottage is located on an estate with a number of other cottages.

This nature cottage is built entirely of natural materials: wood, wood fibre boards as insulation, mud walls and slates on the roof. It consists of 3 segments: living room, kitchen and bathroom/bedroom. Because of its octagonal shape, it gives a feeling of enclosure and because of the natural materials, a feeling of tranquillity. The furniture was designed and made by two wood artists. The cottage is heated by underfloor heating but the pump of the underfloor heating is not in the house itself and there are no mechanical noises apart from the dishwasher. It has a fixed internet connection because efforts have been made to make the cottages as radiation-free as possible. So also for radiation sensitive people very suitable.

The sauna can be used for a fee (25 euros per time, maximum 4 hours).
