Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Ambolo", nudist beach 500 m. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner rarely occupies the upper floor.
