Welcome to this luxury villa with sea view in the most beautiful place in South Costa Brava. You will find nearby several beautiful beaches and idyllic coves. The villa is surrounded by woods and offers privacy and tranquillity. Just a few minutes’ drive away you will find the beach of Cala Canyelles with a small marina and several fantastic restaurants serving fresh fish every day. The centre of Lloret de Mar is only 4 km away.

The 420 m2 villa has a capacity for 14-16 guests and is spread over three floors. The villa is specially designed for outdoor living. The 10×5 m pool can be found on the same level as the living/dining room. The south-facing facade is made of large sliding windows that disappear into the walls, opening the house to the maximum and bringing the outside in. There are several terraces and seating areas to enjoy the outdoors and there is a fantastic Jacuzzi with 65 jets, where you can relax in total privacy and tranquillity while enjoying the view of the Mediterranean sea and the green hills.

The first floor comprises an open space that includes the large living room, dining room and kitchen. If you open the large sliding doors, you will directly access the terrace with the pool. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and garden with Jacuzzi, and a guest toilet.

A floating staircase takes you to the second floor, where you will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. When you wake up, you can immediately enjoy the beautiful sea view and have breakfast on the covered terrace on this level. Then there is the master suite with bathtub, shower and access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have built-in closets.

On level -1 you will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with a courtyard garden. There is another very spacious bedroom with capacity for 4 beds with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer and iron.

Outside, the terrace with pool, sun beds and a lounge offers fantastic views of the sea and green mountains. In the garden there are hammocks and a large lounge area with seating for 16 people, where you can read a book and enjoy a delicious local wine in perfect privacy and tranquillity.

In the garage you can park two cars. There is also ample parking in the street.

With its large living areas, several terraces and all the luxury facilities, this villa is a comfortable accommodation for groups and several families.

In the vicinity of the villa there are many things to do. Nearby you will find several golf courses, water parks, nice coastal towns and many restaurants. Of course, a day trip to Barcelona is also one of the possibilities. The popular city is about 75 km from the villa.
