3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration). 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table. Exit to the veranda. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Wooden floors. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Freezer approc. 100 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Private: natural state property 3'500 m2 with trees, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises.
