Child-friendly villa in the Schoorl dunes

This beautiful vacation villa including Finnish sauna can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located on a small-scale vacation park in the village of Schoorl, directly on the forest and dune-rich nature reserve the 'Schoorl Dunes'. Less than five hundred metres from the park is the highest dune in the Netherlands, where after a steep climb from a height of 54 metres you can look out over the dunes and the North Holland landscape. The centre of Schoorl is less than a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find a supermarket and several stores and restaurants. By car you can be on the beach of Hargen aan Zee within 15 minutes.

The villa
The romantic patio in the middle of the house gives the holiday home a unique design. The thatched roof finishes it off. The patio is decorated as a fireplace with a large fireplace and lovely lounge sofa. Ideal for long summer evenings or chilly autumn and winter days. This cosy space connects inside with outside. This villa is located at the edge of the park. You have a private back entrance into the garden which puts you in the Schoorl dunes within minutes.

Children
A high chair, crib and stair gate are standard in each house. In the large garden is also a hammock and trampoline available (also fun for adults!).

Layout
The villa has a nice terrace with its own fireplace, where you can relax on the lounge sofas and cook in the WWOO outdoor kitchen. In the garden you will find a wonderful Finnish Sauna. Both the living room and the luxury kitchen have French doors so you can fully enjoy the outdoors. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa with large Smart TV. The luxury kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 5-burner stove, dishwasher, wine cooler and Quooker. In the spacious basement you will find two large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and sink. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. Here you have a nice view of the boiler room. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower (or bathtub) and sink.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the villa.

Next to the house is space to park one car. You can park a second car in the parking lot at the entrance to the park. If you come up with several cars, they will have to be parked elsewhere outside the park.

Surroundings
Schoorl is pre-eminently the place where the lover of peace and nature feels at home. The Schoorl Dunes National Park is the widest and most varied nature reserve along the Dutch coast. In the middle of the village is a unique climbing dune of no less than 54 metres high! At the foot of the climbing dune, you can find nice stores and restaurants. In the nearby village of Bergen, you can find museums and galleries, an artists' centre, nice boutiques, and even an artificial ski slope, among other things. Furthermore, there are the annual events such as the Art 10-day, Holland Music Sessions, Lichtjesavond, the summer Art Market and various fairs. The large city of Alkmaar is also within driving distance of the accommodation. Here you will find picturesque canals, special stores and the Cheese and Beer Museum, among other things.
