Beautiful houseboat with large roof terrace

Celebrate holidays on the water! This beautiful houseboat for up to 4 people is located in a nice harbour with the Sneekermeer lake right in the backyard. The houseboat is fully equipped and is the perfect accommodation for anyone looking for a watery holiday in Friesland. This spacious and bright houseboat is within cycling distance of the cosy town of Sneek. Here you can indulge in the beautiful view of the lake and it is difficult to choose between the numerous water sports possibilities.

The accommodation
From the jetty you step onto the spacious houseboat. Under the stairs to the huge roof terrace, you step through the back door into the ground floor houseboat. On this side of the houseboat are the 2 bedrooms with in one a double bed (160x200cm) consisting of 2 single mattresses, bedside tables + bedside lamps and high closet. In the other bedroom, there are two separate single beds (80x200cm), also a bedside table, two upper cabinets with storage space and bedside lamps. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, sink and toilet. At the rear of the houseboat, you will find the living room with a comfortable sofa with a footstool and a separate armchair. Diagonally opposite the sofa is the cosy round dining table with 4 seats. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combo microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, toaster, Nespresso and a filter coffee maker and kettle. Through the living room you step onto the adjoining (covered) terrace (15m2) right on the water, here you can sit all day in the shade. On this terrace there are 4 garden chairs. Would you like to enjoy the view over the Sneekermeer and the sun then you can sit beautifully on the lounge sofa (with cushions) on the roof terrace (25m2) that covers the entire roof of the house. If you are travelling with small children up to 2 years old, then a crib and a highchair are available in the accommodation for this purpose. One pet is allowed in this accommodation so your faithful four-legged friend can join you on holiday. Please note that neither terrace is fully fenced.

Surroundings
Watersports and the Sneekermeer... they are often mentioned in one breath. Not surprising, because in terms of water sports almost everything is possible here. Sailing, boating, supping, fishing or relaxing on the nearby beach. In the center of Sneek is often crowded, nice restaurants and terraces and surprising boutiques. Sneek has not for nothing been voted the best shopping city above the great rivers.
