Luxury holiday home in a cozy village

Do you want to relax with the family soon and are you looking for a large holiday home? Then book this luxury vacation farm in Twente in Overijssel. Here you can still wake up to the sound of chickens, walk to the bakery, cycle past meadows and taste delicious local produce. The farmhouse was built in 1800 and modernised over time. The yard is located along the main road of a small village. In short, rural enjoyment at its best!

The accommodation
The vacation farm is spacious and tastefully decorated, the style is luxurious and rural with original elements such as wooden beams and tiles. At the back is a large terrace and adjacent to it an outbuilding with hayloft and stable for ponies, which are outside in a meadow during the day and in the stable at night. There are some chickens in the yard. The house can accommodate up to 10 people (of which a maximum of 8 adults). The area is approximately 325m² and the entire property is approximately 2500m².

Sunshade in front of the living room. Separate kitchen with induction stove, a fridge, combi-oven, a dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo) and kettle. Long dining table with chairs. Sofa set in kitchen. Utility room with sink, a refrigerator with ice maker, a freezer, washer and dryer. Bedroom with double box-spring bed (double comforter), plenty of closet space and carpeted floor. Bathroom en-suite with double sink, bath with jet streams, Turkish bath and toilet. Hall with toilet and stairs.

Wooden floors. Bedroom with double bed (1.40m) and built-in closet space. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom en-suite with a rain shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with double bed (1.40m) and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with a rain shower, large sink and toilet.
- Outside
Garden at the front and back. Terrace at the back with lounge set and covered terrace with dining table. Covered carport with electric charging station (extra charge). Barbecue (bring your own charcoal). Outbuilding with hayloft and pony stables. The ponies are in a meadow during the day and in the stables at night. There are some chickens running around the yard. Every morning and evening someone comes to feed the animals.

Surroundings
The vacation farm is located in a rural region. With amusement park Slagharen and adventure park Hellendoorn nearby, the Lemelerberg for hiking or cycling and historical cities like Ommen you will have a great time here. In the village you will find restaurants and stores. Highly recommended is the Peat Museum where you can take a train ride along peat huts, a Vriezenveen farm and store from the old days. In Vriezenveen you will also find the Twents War Museum '40-'45. Beautiful natural areas such as Fayersheide, the Wierdense Veld and Sallandse Heuvelrug offer plenty of opportunity for walking and cycling. Nature reserve the Engbertsdijksvenen is nearby. Part of the area still consists of "living" bogs and has a protected status. At the Linderbeek in Den Ham you can rent canoes. Visit places like Ommen, Dalfsen and Gramsbergen. Ommen is an old fortified town and also Hanseatic city including the National Tin Figures Museum and a flourmill.
