Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 2nd upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 300 cm with 2 beds (80 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 25 m2, terrace 10 m2, large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Bed layout is flexible. Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. 50 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Imperia / Porto Maurizio" 10 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 2 km.
