Forest cabin (4P) with private hot tub

Built in the spring of 2023, this luxury holiday home offers a wonderful stay in the province of North Brabant. The vacation home is located on an estate, next to a vacation park, which also has an 18-hole golf course and a wellness centre. From the house you can make beautiful hiking or cycling trips, enjoy Burgundy in Breda, a day at the Efteling or visit the National Park the Biesbosch.

The holiday home
The use of high-quality materials, tasteful furnishings and a private hot tub make this house a fine place to unwind. The forest villa is no less than 100 m² and is suitable for 1 to a maximum of 4 people. The detached house is modernly decorated according to the latest fashion trends with warm colours and materials. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) with double comforter. There are also 2 bathrooms en-suite, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Both have a sink and toilet. The house is all on one level and equipped with a cooling/heating system, in the bathrooms there is also underfloor heating. The living room has a comfortable lounge sofa and TV. Through a glass front on both front and back, the living room is very light. The open kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge with a freezer, combo oven/microwave, Nespresso machine (Magimix - bring your own cups) and kettle. You can park next to the house (space for 2 cars).

Garden with hot tub
The garden of the house is nice and private at the back. You can reach the garden through the living room and there is a terrace with a dining table and 2 deck chairs. In the garden you will also find a lovely hot tub (wood for a fee).

Surroundings
On the estate you will find an 18-hole golf course and a par 3 course. There is also a restaurant and a bar. The spa resort Spa One is a 2-minute walk from the house. Within 5 minutes walk, you will find 2 good restaurants. From the house you can walk into nature. The wooded area of the Vrachelse Heide is ideal for mountain bikers, cyclists and hikers. Also on the Loonse and Drunense Dunes you can enjoy wandering in the wild shifting sands. Day trip to the Efteling, Safari Park and Playland Beekse BergenIn Den Hout (4km) is the Koeckershuis, a pancake house with a playground. The Burgundian city of Breda with its many terraces, stores and eateries is about 10 minutes by car. At about 10 minutes’ drive is the sports boulevard of Breda with, among others, an ice skating rink (mid October - mid March) and racket centre (tennis, squash, badminton, volleyball).
