Luxury forest cabin with hottub and sauna

This charming bungalow is hidden away in the forest of the Vechtdal in Overijssel, in a unique location where the only sounds you'll hear are birdsong. Perfect for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The accommodation
Inside, it's warm, comfortable, and fully equipped. You’ll find underfloor heating, a modern kitchen with a combi oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, a stylish bathroom with a spacious rain shower, and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms are furnished with luxury box-spring beds. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. The living room features a cosy sitting area with a Smart TV (Netflix included) and a lovely view of the forest. Slide open the glass doors and step right onto the terrace. The garden was recently updated and now features atmospheric lighting, a picnic table, and lounge chairs. In the evening, you can watch the stars twinkle through the trees.

Private wellness (optional add-on)
Make your stay even more special with the wellness package. This includes unlimited use of a wood-fired hot tub and a barrel sauna in the garden throughout your stay. Everything is included: fresh water, essential oils for infusions, fire-starting materials, and plenty of firewood. The wellness package must be booked for the full duration of your stay and can be selected during the booking process. You’ll find more practical details in the house rules.

Small-scale park, wide open surroundings
The bungalow is located on the edge of a small-scale park next to a campsite. Guests are welcome to use the campsite facilities such as the swimming lake, playgrounds, and entertainment (April to October).
A small fee applies for the indoor pools and water slides.

Explore the Vechtdal
Step outside your front door and walk straight into the forest. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, or canoeing on the Vecht river. Within 10 minutes by car, you’ll reach the charming villages of Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg, with their shops, cafés, and restaurants. Looking for a fun day out? Consider visiting Ommen, Slagharen Amusement Park, or Wildlands Zoo in Emmen.
