Exit to the loggia. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and fan. 1 room with 3 beds and shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. No heating option. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and fan. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, covered balcony. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax.
