Forest lodge with wellness tub

This beautiful nature lodge for 8 persons can be found on a small-scale vacation park in the middle of the national park of the Drentsche Aa, an unspoiled piece of the Netherlands in the north of the province of Drenthe. Here you will experience peace and space, while the city life of Groningen (20 min. drive) and Assen (15 min. drive) is also within reach.

The accommodation
This spacious house has a generous living room; light and spacious with large patio doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm feel due to the use of natural materials and is equipped with air-conditioning. You will find a comfortable seating area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table overlooking the fine garden. The spacious modern kitchen is equipped with a large cooking island with an induction hob and Quooker, cabinetry with oven and combo oven, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Upstairs you will find four spacious bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms, one with steam and infrared sun shower and one with a bathtub and rain shower. On the landing you will find two separate toilets. Air conditioning provides cooling for all bedrooms. Through the doors you reach the fine, spacious garden with a wellness tub with bubble function, outdoor shower, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. You will find two sunbeds with a parasol and a trunk dining table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy the outdoors in nature. The Jeu de Boules court and various outdoor games guarantee many hours of fun. There is also a bicycle shed with a charging point.

Pets are not allowed.

In the Neighbourhood
In the vicinity of the park you can enjoy hiking, cycling, horseback riding or picnicking along the ancient stream. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and are only a 15 - 20 minute drive away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or dining in one of the many restaurants. A day trip to Wildlands zoo in Emmen (30-minute drive) is also highly recommended.
