Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Parquet floors, carpet. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace, garden furniture. 1 km long bumpy motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house.
