Suitable for families. From the parking lot at the entrance of the villa there is a staircase of about 80 steps, from the villa to the beach access is via a pedestrian street with 90 steps. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax.

For shared use: swimming pool (4 x 7 m, depth 70 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Private: terraced garden, 300 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, orchard (fenced). In the house: WiFi, fitness room, sun terrace, air conditioning, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03.. Room cleaning 2 times per week (included). Pre-arrival grocery service. Airport transfer (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars.
