Private: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (40 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (250 m via unmade road).
