House on the water for 4 people

This unique 2-bedroom cottage, for up to 4 guests, is located on a headland in the water of the beautiful Loosdrecht lakes centrally between Utrecht and Amsterdam. Here you can sail, supp, fish or swim in front of the door! You sail within 5 minutes on the Loosdrecht lakes. The cottage is located near several marinas, where you can rent your own boat or sloop.

The stay
To get to the house, park your car on the road and walk 100 meters to the private ferry that you use to cross the water to the cottage yourself (only 50 meters away!). The raft is waiting for you upon arrival. Of course, it is also possible to come with your own boat. The house has a living area of 75m2 surrounded by a garden, wooden jetties and seating areas. Inside the house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, an extensive kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, Nespresso, a dining area and a sofa with TV and a toilet. Also, of course, there is Wifi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, a second toilet and a bathroom with a shower and sink.

The surroundings
The immediate vicinity of this holiday home consists of marinas and other recreational homes. Breukelen is centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Go shopping or grab a terrace in one of these cities, or visit the many historical estates, castles and forts in the Vecht region.

Other
Price includes everything, so no extra costs. If you want to come with children, they are certainly welcome, only useful if they have a swimming certificate because of the location on the water.
