Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: with TV, sauna, sun terrace, washing machine. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 m. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended.
