Spacious, comfortable and rustic furnishings: large lounge 70 m2 with panoramic window with 1 sofabed (95 cm), open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, flat screen and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace, to the loggia. Open dining room with dining table. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom with bath/WC. Small living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the loggia. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, cooking island). On the lower ground floor: 1 large double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 2 double bedrooms, each room with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 pull-out bed. 1 room with 1 french bed (130 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Open living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. 2 large terraces partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Marvellous view of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
