The houseboat
The accommodation has two bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee machine, a nicely furnished living room with sofa bed and a dining area. In the living room there is a TV with also the possibility of logging in to your favorite streaming service (like for example Netflix) with your own account. The accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi. Outside you will find two nice terraces with a dining area and a lounge sofa on the roof terrace. Lovely for when the weather is nice! From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the marina. From the terrace of the Houseboat you can dive right into the water. You will certainly not get bored at this beautiful location in Lemmer.

The waterway through the lively center of Lemmer is a popular connection between the IJsselmeer and the Frisian Lakes. In the village you will find cosy restaurants right by the marina. Is the weather warm? Then walk to the swimming beach in Lemmer (500 meters). Would you like to discover the further surroundings? Then rent a bike and enjoy the many miles of bike paths.

Everything you need is "on board". It is fantastically beautiful to have the living room directly in the harbor basin between sailboats. But around it is not so nice (factory buildings).
Alles was man braucht ist "an Bord". Wir würden die Lage mit "teils-teils" beurteilen: Es ist traumhaft schön, das Wohnzimmer direkt im Hafenbecken zwischen Segelbooten zu haben. Aber drumherum ist es nicht so schön (Fabrikhallen).

It is a nice accommodation, fully equipped, very clean, walking distance to the center and supermarket, free parking. Too bad there was no umbrella or shade cloth, so it was too hot to sit outside during the day during our stay.
Het is een mooie accomodatie, compleet ingericht, heel schoon, op loopafstand van het centrum en supermarkt, gratis parkeren. Jammer dat er geen parasol of schaduwdoek was, zodat het tijdens ons verblijf overdag te warm was om buiten te zitten.
