Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, 1 sofabed and shower. Exit to the garden. Electric heating. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Private: natural state property 10'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 7 km, sandy beach 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
