Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), bathroom and separate WC. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 8 m2, terrace 70 m2 partly roofed, terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The property includes the main house and a single storey annex with no internal connection. In the annex are the living room with bedding, an integrated kitchen (4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), 2 bedrooms, shower/WC , double washbasin. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
