This luxuriously furnished boat has enough space for a weekend or (short) vacation with 4 people. This luxury houseboat can be found in the Belgian province of Limburg. The home port is located on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium 5 km from the white town of Thorn. This marina is unique in Western Europe. With almost 1000 berths, it is one of the largest inland marinas. The marina is connected to large lakes where numerous water sports can be practised and is also the ideal base for shopping, cycling and hiking in the area.

The boat
The boat offers 2+2 sleeping options. In addition to the kitchen with a sofa bed, the houseboat has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a high-quality bathroom with regular hot water shower. Due to its good insulation, the houseboat is also very suitable to rent in winter. With the heating it is pleasantly warm even on cooler evenings, so nothing stands in the way of a cosy game or reading night!

What to bring yourself:
Towels and comforter covers (can also be rented), hygiene items, laundry detergent, food, drinks and, of course, good sense! You also have the option of booking comforter covers and towels (bed and bath linen) with your reservation.

Sailing
Would you like to go sailing with the houseboat? Then you can discuss this directly with the landlord after your booking on Vipio. This includes an obligatory free skipper training. If you already have a boating license, you will also take the free skipper training. If you would like to sail, but would like to leave this to an experienced skipper, then he or she can be hired per half-day. If you want to sail the houseboat yourself, it is necessary to be present with at least 3 adults or with 2 adults and a strong teenager. To make getting out and mooring a lot easier, the houseboat has a bow thruster. The houseboat can only be sailed during the months of April through October.

Notice:
If you want to sail the boat you are required to attend a one-hour boating training on site. This costs 150 euros once. Sailing costs 150 euros per day. Both can be paid on the spot by pin or cash. You can decide on arrival whether you want to sail or not.

The deposit for the houseboat is € 100 if NOT sailing and € 1,000 if WELL sailing. This is payable on the spot (pin or cash).
