Upon entering, you will be surprised by the size of the rooms inside. Namely, the 'villa boat' is 20 meters long and 6 meters wide (total 250m2) and distributed over two floors. The water villa has three beautiful bedrooms, with one of them being a bedroom with two comfortable bedsteads, possibly most suitable and fun for children. The large kitchen is fully equipped, but you will most likely want to spend most of your time in the lovely living room. This is because its location allows you to study aquatic life up close from the huge sofa.

The robust exterior, inspired by the black barns of the North Holland polders, is continued inside in the sleek kitchen and its industrial accents. But what characterizes the interior above all is its gracefulness. Everywhere you see homages to the water: from the tiles with carp, golden fish traps as lamps and the wallpaper of nautical maps. The entire home is energy-neutral and equipped with solar panels and a heat pump system. A swimming jetty was recently installed in front of the water villa, allowing you to cool off in the water during hot days.

In this villa, you live according to the seasons: in summer you can enjoy boating there, in autumn it is a pleasure to walk or cycle in the Wormer and Jisperveld and in winter you can be the first to skate there on the small, shallow ditches. When spring arrives, you can see the lambs frolicking in the meadows.

With a slightly longer stay in this accommodation you will certainly not be bored. In the vicinity you can find many nice trips. For example, by visiting Amsterdam (20 minutes), Alkmaar (15 minutes) or Bergen aan Zee (25 minutes).
