Stylish tiny house with cozy pellet stove

Always wanted to spend the night in a sweet little house? A nice, compact place where you have everything you really need at hand, but can leave all the unnecessary noise behind for a while? A space where you can rediscover yourself, make beautiful memories together and hear birds singing all day long? Then this tiny house is exactly what you are looking for!

This tiny house with an area of only 16 m2 is small but you will find everything you need. The space has a beautiful large window, making it always wonderfully light and spacious. The first floor is equipped with cosy furnishings. With a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and induction hob. A dining area, sitting area with television, closets with storage space and a bathroom with all amenities. There is also some entertainment in the closet such as games, books and there is a music box present.On the warmer days you can use the air conditioning, which makes the temperature wonderfully pleasant. The pellet stove, on the other hand, is there to make the colder days cosy and warm. In the tiny house is a loft with a double bed.

The park (and hot tub)
The tiny house is on a park with some other tiny houses around it. However, there is a shelter for plenty of privacy. Next to the tiny studio is a shared hot tub, which you are free to use during your stay. Only the wood for heating needs to be paid for. There is also a shared fire pit and cosy lights are lit in the evening to complete the atmosphere. At the park there is also a (shared sauna) which you can use for an additional fee.

Surroundings
The tiny studio is located in green surroundings, with the typical 'Dutch' landscape: meadows with cows and sheep, forests, streams and heathlands. You are just 20 minutes away from the Veluwezoom National Park and the beautiful viewpoint the Posbank. In the immediate vicinity are plenty of options for fun activities: biking, hiking, boating and swimming or picnicking. Or visit one of the quaint villages and Hanseatic towns nearby. Drive between the meadows and along the river IJssel and then sit down on a terrace in Bronckhorst (10 min), Zutphen (20 min), Doesburg (10 min), Doetinchem (20 min), Apeldoorn (35 min) or Arnhem (25 min).
