About this accommodation
The gypsy wagon is suitable for 2 persons. You sleep in a lovely spacious box bed. Furthermore, the wagon has heating, luxurious chairs, a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. So you can perfectly prepare your own breakfast or dinner. For the shower and toilet, you use the central sanitary building with floor heating.
On the site of the quiet camper place is free WiFi available. You can park your bikes dry.
Surroundings
Hanseatic city Harderwijk lies against Hierden and by bicycle you are in 10 minutes in the old centre with city walls. Just outside Hierden is the 17th-century castle de Essenburgh. It is a special location in the green heart of the Veluwe. Next to the castle is a monastery, which has been used by the Norbertines since 1952. The estate is open and accessible for nice walks along the ponds and the beautiful buildings. A half-hour drive away is Paleis het Loo. Explore the royal quarters and imagine yourself in the life of royalty. On the way back, it's worth visiting the Apenheul, with park Berg en Bos opposite, where beautiful light shows are given in the summer.
