Rural vacation home in South Limburg

This beautiful vacation home can be found a stone's throw from the bustling Valkenburg. The house is suitable for 2 to 4 persons and has a rural and quiet location. The house is special because it is built entirely of 'Kunradersteen', a type of limestone similar to the Limburg marl. Nowadays Kunrader Stone is only mined at the Kunrader Stone quarry. From the living room, you look directly at the wooden construction of the roof. The house therefore has a very authentic look.

The house is fully equipped. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa, dining table and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove and refrigerator (with freezer). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. The upstairs bedroom with two single beds is accessible via a steep staircase (miller’s stair). This bedroom is in open connection with the living room and kitchen through a balustrade.

From the covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the Limburg countryside.

Surroundings
The house is situated amidst the hills of southern Limburg. Nearby are numerous hiking and biking trails. The house is ideal for a couple of friends who want to cycle in Limburg. Would you rather spend a day shopping? Then you can of course go to Maastricht, but also the German city of Aachen is nearby.
