About this accommodation
The second floor of this more than 100 year old farmhouse was converted into a luxurious apartment. It was sustainably built and furnished to enable occupants to enjoy peace, space and the surrounding nature. At the back is a terrace from which you can look out over the meadows and ancient trees. Besides the geese (in season), owls and falcons, there are rabbits every evening and regularly deer that can be admired.

During your stay you can also use a hot tub. This is included in the price.

This offer is valid for a midweek in June, September, October or November 2022 (excluding the autumn vacations) with arrival on Monday and departure on Thursday (midweek 4 days/3 nights).

The luxury apartment for 4 persons is located on the second floor of the farmhouse. The beam construction has remained visible creating a beautiful authentic high open space (5 meters high). The Loft has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom (with a shower and a double sink) and a kitchen of 3 meters long with a separate cooking island. Here, you can cook with ease and prepare a delicious dinner. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine until late at night at the large dining table or on the spacious couch. In the sitting area is a pellet stove, which provides ambience and warmth.
Surroundings
Neede is located 20 minutes from Enschede. Because of the many bicycle and hiking trails, the Achterhoek is ideal for people who want to spend a weekend in nature. It is worthwile to take a walk to the Needse mountain where can be found a 16 meter high watchtower. Would you prefer a day of shopping, a good restaurant or a terrace? In that case, the lovely city of Enschede is only 20 minutes away.

There is quite a bit to be said about the apartment, but kitchen, bathroom and sleeping quarters are fine. The lighting and heating could be improved, especially if you stay there in the autumn/spring period.
Er is best het een en ander op het appartement aan te merken, maar keuken, badkamer en slaapvertrekken zijn prima. Aan de licht- en warmtevoorziening valt nog veel te verbeteren, zeker als je er verblijft in de periode najaar/voorjaar.
