Oldest houseboat in the Netherlands

This beautiful ship was built in 1900 and is probably the oldest houseboat in the Netherlands. Nowadays, the ship is permanently moored in the Marina of Naarden and can be rented as a unique cultural-historical 'vacation home on the water' for overnight stays. The ship is suitable for 7 persons and has a unique, authentic and attractive interior.

The ship has three bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with a double bed each, and one features three single beds. Furthermore, the ship is equipped with a nicely furnished kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The houseboat also has two modern bathrooms with toilets. There is also a TV connection and Wi-Fi in the marina. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the marina. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Marina
During your stay, you can also use all the other facilities of the marina such as BBQ spots, a natural swimming pool, a playground, a boat rental, a bike rental, a laundromat (for a fee), and much more! There is a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the marina. There is also a small supermarket and a snack bar. In short, you do not have to travel far for a delightful meal.

Surroundings
There is plenty to do in the Naarden area. You can of course go on the water of Lake Gooi, but a visit to Naarden Fortress is also definitely worthwhile. If you come with the children, a visit to the Oudvalkeveen play park is certainly not to be missed. You can also easily spend a day in Amsterdam. This bustling city is just 25 minutes away from Naarden marina.
