The penthouse is located on the second floor of the building. You enter via the stairs or the elevator in the residence, which consists of two floors. The three spacious bedrooms have a view of the beautiful Grevelingenmeer. The place where there is always something to see! Of course there is also air conditioning in the room. Through the bathroom with a walk-in shower, you come to a small private balcony with an impressive view. If you walk up the stairs, you will find the cozy living room with an open kitchen with all the amenities. The whole apartment has underfloor heating and, of course, wifi.

Regarding the environment
Thanks to the many windows all around, from the living room you have a view of the beautiful surroundings: the Grevelingenmeer, the Brouwersdam, the North Sea and the marina. This accommodation is just 500 metres from the beach. Prefer something active? You can rent bikes in the neighbourhood. Or you can go to the Grevelingenmeer and the Brouwersdam to paddle, surf, sail, board or jump. As you can imagine, there are also numerous dining options and outdoor activities for the whole family in the wider area.
