Design vacation home on Goeree-Overflakkee

On the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, which is enclosed by the North Sea, lies this design vacation home. An ideal place for people who love nature, tranquillity and luxury!

The vacation home is located on a quiet park just outside the historic town of Goedereede. The supermarket of Goedereede is next to the park, one street further are the restaurants with their cozy terraces. The park has a laundry and playground for the little ones. A stone's throw from Goedereede is the family resort of Ouddorp. Here you will find many cozy stores and restaurants. Of course this area is known for its beautiful wide beaches where you can walk for hours and get a breath of fresh air.

The vacation home
The modern, sustainably built villa has a large garden with an unobstructed view of the meadow. Because of the large windows you won't miss a thing of the outdoor life. In the house you will find one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the living room, there is a television equipped with Chromecast (so smart TV) with DVDs with a DVD player. The living room also has a spacious sofa which can also be converted into a double sofa bed. There are books and games. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, oven/microwave and refrigerator. In addition, in the insulated wooden garden house there is a bunk bed with two single beds and a second toilet. The garden house is equipped with an infrared heating panel. Outside are two terraces, a fire basket and a barbecue.

At 20 metres is the playground for children with a trampoline, swing and other play facilities. In summer, the park organises activities for children. Also on the parking lot of the park is a charging station for an electric car. Ideal for peace seekers and families with children.
